Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 cups granola (your choice of flavor)

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 medium banana, sliced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for flavor)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Ingredients: Take four serving glasses or bowls. Start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each glass (about 1/4 cup).

Add Granola Layer: Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt in each glass.

Add Fruits: Layer some of the mixed berries and a few banana slices on top of the granola (about 1/4 cup of fruit per glass).

Repeat Layers: Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of yogurt on top.

Garnish: For an extra touch, drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the top layer. Add a few more fruits and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Chill (Optional): If time allows, refrigerate the parfaits for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Enjoy your Yogurt Parfaits immediately as a wholesome breakfast, snack, or even dessert!
