Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Extra pecans for topping (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:

    - Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with butter or cooking spray.

      Melt the White Chocolate:

        - In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Be careful not to scorch the chocolate.

          Add Flavorings:

            - Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated.

              Incorporate Pecans:

                - Gently fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed. If you’re feeling indulgent, reserve a handful of pecans for topping later.

                  Swirl in Caramel:

                    - Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge layer. Use a knife or skewer to create swirls by gently pressing into the fudge and caramel.

                      Layer the Fudge:

                        - Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread it evenly. Drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce on top and swirl again for a marbled effect. Top with extra pecans if desired.

                          Chill:

                            - Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.

                              Cut and Serve:

                                - Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into small squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
