1 small red onion, finely diced

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust for heat preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 tablespoon taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy. This will be the rich base for your dip.

Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and lime juice into the cream cheese-sour cream mixture. Blend well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

Layer it Up: In a large serving dish, spread the creamy mixture evenly across the bottom.

Build on the Layers: Layer the following ingredients over the cream mixture:

          - Black beans

            - Corn kernels

              - Diced tomatoes

                - Diced red onion

                  - Chopped green bell pepper

                    - Minced jalapeño

Top it Off: Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the layered vegetables.

Chill: Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the refrigerator, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, and serve with crispy tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
