Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

8 ounces deli turkey slices

4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ cup sliced olives or pickles

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Assemble the Tortillas: Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla.

Layer the Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese, arrange a few slices of turkey, followed by a layer of cheddar cheese, some baby spinach leaves, and a few slices of red bell pepper. If you’re using olives or pickles, add them on top as well.

Roll It Up: Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, wrapping around all the fillings. Make sure to keep it tight but not too tight that the fillings spill out.

Slice the Pinwheels: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into 1-inch thick pieces. You should get 8-10 pinwheels from each tortilla.

Pack for Lunch: Place the pinwheel rolls vertically in a lunchbox or on a serving platter. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat!
