2 ripe avocados, diced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 large cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped (for a spicy kick)
