Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Extra graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that your dip gets beautifully bubbly and toasted.

Prepare the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or a similar oven-safe dish to form a crust.

Layer Chocolate Chips: Evenly sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to spread them out if necessary.

Add Mini Marshmallows: Generously pile the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips. Spread them out so that they cover the entire surface for that ooey-gooey texture.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Finish Off: Once out of the oven, allow the dip to cool for a few minutes. If desired, you can use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows further for an extra charred flavor.

Serve: Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping. Enjoy the melty, chocolatey, gooey goodness with family and friends!
