Ingredients

4 large whole grain or spinach tortillas

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 mango, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for dipping)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, chili powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Chop the Fruits: In a large bowl, combine the sliced banana, pineapple chunks, strawberry slices, and diced mango. Drizzle half of the sweet-spicy sauce over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the fruit mixture onto one half of the tortilla, leaving some space around the edges. Drizzle a little extra sauce over the fruit.

Wrap it Up: Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape. For extra security, fold in the sides of the tortilla before completely sealing it. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fruit mixture.

Serve or Toast: You can serve the wraps as is, or for a warm option, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Enjoy: Slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces, and arrange them on a platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with a side of Greek yogurt for dipping.
