Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup whipped cream (or 1 container of whipped topping)

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup angel food cake, cubed

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with the powdered sugar. Gently toss them to coat and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.

In another bowl, whisk together the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt until well combined and smooth.

Once the strawberries have released their juices, fold the strawberries into the whipped cream and yogurt mixture gently.

Add the cubed angel food cake and mini marshmallows to the bowl. Carefully fold them in so they don’t break apart.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary. You can add a little more powdered sugar if you like it sweeter.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, give it a gentle stir and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Serve chilled in individual bowls or cups and enjoy the refreshing fluff salad!
