Instructions

Prepare the Pretzel Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well blended.

        - Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even crust.

          - Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.

            Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

              - In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.

                - Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until blended. Add in the vanilla extract.

                  - Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

                    - Once the pretzel crust has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

                      Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

                        - In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and the strawberry-flavored Jell-O.

                          - Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

                            - Add 2 cups of cold water to the mixture and stir well. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

                              - Once cooled, gently fold in the sliced strawberries.

                                Assemble the Dessert Salad:

                                  - Pour the strawberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
