1 medium banana, sliced and frozen

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions
 

In a blender, add the fresh strawberries, frozen banana slices, almond butter, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, chia seeds (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.

    Blend on high until everything is smoothly incorporated. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
