Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

Chopped green onions for garnish

Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Roast Cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Make Sauce: While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

Thicken Sauce: Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the cornstarch slurry, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine and Coat: When the cauliflower is done roasting, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sticky honey garlic sauce over the cauliflower and gently toss to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

Garnish & Serve: Serve the sticky honey garlic cauliflower warm, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. It pairs beautifully with rice or as a side dish for any main course.
