Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

      Make the Meatballs:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

          Form the Meatballs:

With your hands, take about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture and form it into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet. This recipe should yield around 20 meatballs.

              Bake the Meatballs:

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

                  Prepare the Sauce:

While the meatballs are baking, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the sauce begins to simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

                      Coat the Meatballs:

Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and carefully toss them in the sauce until well coated.

                          Assemble the Bowl:

To assemble, place a generous scoop of cooked rice in a bowl. Top with a portion of the honey garlic meatballs, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and a few slices of avocado.

                              Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top for garnish. Enjoy your spicy honey garlic meatball bowl warm!
