16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 large eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well mixed, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.

      Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until fluffy.

        Add Eggs and Flavor: Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, and blend until the mixture is creamy and well incorporated.
