Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a food processor, pulse 24 Oreo cookies until finely crushed. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Set aside.

Make the cream cheese filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

Whip the cream: In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Add the chocolate: Fold in the chopped mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into the filling mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed.

Combine layers: Pour the creamy filling over the prepared Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.

Garnish and serve: Before serving, crush a few extra Oreo cookies for garnish and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake along with whole mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake.

Enjoy: Serve chilled and watch your friends and family devour this delightful, no-bake treat!
