Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)

1 tbsp vegetable oil (for dipping)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Set aside.

Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a separate larger mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Vanilla: Mix in the vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture until well combined.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.

Fold in Cookies and Chips: Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies and mini chocolate chips by hand, using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Form the Balls: Scoop out tablespoons of the dough and roll them into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Dip the Balls: Remove the chilled cookie dough balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated. Gently shake off excess chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Let Set: Once all the balls are coated, return them to the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.

Serve and Enjoy: After the chocolate has hardened, your Oreo Cookie Dough Bliss Balls are ready to enjoy! Serve them chilled or at room temperature for the best experience.
