Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla pudding mix (instant)

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Optional: Chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with the butter. Divide the mixture evenly between serving cups, pressing it down to form a firm crust at the bottom. Set aside.

Make the Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Continue whisking for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.

Combine with Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Layer the Cups: Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture over the crust in each cup, filling them about halfway. Then, add a layer of banana slices on top of the pudding.

Add More Layers: Repeat the process by adding another layer of the pudding mixture and topping it again with banana slices. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top for a beautiful presentation.

Chill and Serve: Place the cups in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Before serving, you can garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for an extra touch if desired.
