For the Tortilla Cones:

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Greek Salad Filling:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Additional feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

    - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

      Prepare the Tortilla Cones:

        - Brush each tortilla on both sides with olive oil.

          - Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the tortillas.

            - Cut each tortilla into quarters. Roll each quarter into a cone shape and secure with a toothpick or small skewer.

                    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped red onion, sliced Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley.

                      - In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.
