4 mini bagels (plain or everything)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.

    Prepare the Bagels: Slice each mini bagel in half and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. If they are not already toasted, you can lightly toast them in the oven for 3-4 minutes until they are just golden. Remove and set aside.

      Whisk the Eggs: In a medium bowl, crack the eggs, add the milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until everything is well combined and frothy.

        Add Cheese and Chives: Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives (if using) into the egg mixture.

          Fill the Bagels: Use a spoon to carefully pour the egg mixture into each mini bagel half, filling them about three-quarters full. Be cautious not to overfill, as the egg will rise while baking.

            Bake: Place the filled bagel bites in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg is fully set and the top is slightly golden.
