1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

24 wonton wrappers

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup muffin tin lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

    Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

      Assemble the wonton pies: Take one wonton wrapper and gently press it into the cup of the muffin tin, forming a small cup. Repeat with the remaining wrappers until all cups are lined.
