Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Optional: sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the beef to cool slightly.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use your hands to flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 3 inches in diameter.

Assemble the Stuffed Biscuits: On one half of each flattened biscuit, Spoon about a tablespoon of the cooked beef mixture. Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, a few pieces of chopped pickles, and a small drizzle of ketchup and mustard. Fold the biscuit over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal tightly. If desired, brush the tops with a little melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake: Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Serve: Let the mini cheeseburger stuffed biscuits cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with additional ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
