Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Cooking spray or melted butter, for brushing

Celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated in sauce.

Roll Out Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. On a clean, floured surface, flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. You can use your hands or a rolling pin for this step.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling to create a ball shape, pinching the seams to seal them securely. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed.

Bake the Bombs: Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter or cooking spray to achieve a golden color while baking.

Bake in the Oven: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and fully cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
