4 small flatbreads (pita or naan work well)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup coleslaw mix (or finely chopped cabbage and carrots)

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Prep the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside.

    Make the Slaw: In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss well until the slaw is evenly coated. Adjust seasoning to taste, and set aside.

      Prepare Flatbreads: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over each flatbread and use a brush or your fingers to spread it evenly.
