Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice of flavor)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Olive oil spray (or melted butter)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated in the sauce. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Prep the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using a rolling pin or your hands.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a generous tablespoon of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit circle over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Roll the filled biscuit between your hands to form a ball if needed. Repeat for all biscuits.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

Add Topping: Lightly spray the tops of the biscuit bombs with olive oil or brush with melted butter to help them brown as they bake.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy while warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping!
