2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is melted and fully combined. This should take about 1-2 minutes total.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.

        Combine: Add the dry mix into the melted cheese mixture. Then, add the egg and mix until a dough forms. You might need to use your hands for this step; just be careful as the mixture may be warm.

          Shape the Dough: Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. With your hands, flatten it into a rectangle (about 1/2 inch thick) to form your breadsticks.

            Add Toppings: Brush the melted butter on top of the breadstick dough, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the surface.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

                Cool & Slice: Once baked, remove the breadsticks from the oven. Allow them to cool for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
