Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until they are evenly coated.

Mix the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined. Taste and adjust the Sriracha amount based on your desired spice level.

Coat the Brussels Sprouts: Pour the honey-Sriracha glaze over the Brussels sprouts, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.

Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Transfer the glazed Brussels sprouts to a large baking sheet in a single layer.

Roasting Time: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Give them a good toss halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Final Touches: Once roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle any remaining honey-Sriracha glaze over the top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.

Serve: Serve warm as a delicious side dish or a spicy appetizer. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and heat!
