Ingredients

4 large ears of fresh corn, husked

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1-2 limes)

Zest of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Husk the corn, removing all silk, and break off any excess stem if necessary.

Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Grill the Corn: Place the husked corn directly on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.

Apply the Glaze: Brush the melted butter onto the corn, then coat it generously with the honey-lime mixture. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes, turning frequently, until the corn is tender and caramelized.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill. Drizzle any remaining honey-lime glaze over the corn and sprinkle with fresh cilantro or parsley. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
