1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Carrots: In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and cut carrot sticks with the olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
