2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 lemon, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Herb Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, chives, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are integrated.

      Prepare the Foil: Cut two pieces of aluminum foil, each large enough to wrap around the salmon fillets completely.

        Assemble the Salmon: Place one salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each fillet, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

          Spread the Garlic Butter: Using a spoon or a knife, generously spread the herb garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet.

            Add Lemon Slices: Place a few slices of lemon on top of the buttered salmon for an extra citrus burst.

              Seal the Foil: Fold the edges of the foil over the salmon to create a tight seal, ensuring that no steam escapes during cooking.
