1 large egg

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with cooking spray.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
