Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, diced

1 small cucumber, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the bowl. Mash it with a fork until you reach a smooth consistency, leaving some chunks for texture if desired.

Add the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the mashed avocado. Mix well until everything is combined.

Stir in the red onion, celery, and cucumber. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the flavors to your preference by adding more lemon juice or mustard if you’d like.

Serve immediately or refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
