2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced (preferably in rounds)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)
