1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

Crumbled feta or cotija cheese (optional)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a separate bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, minced jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Gently mix and set aside to let the flavors meld.

      Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
