2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce (or butter lettuce), leaves separated and washed

1 cup homemade or store-bought Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.

      Grill the Chicken:
