For the Chicken Marinade:

500g boneless chicken breast, cut into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 teaspoons green chili paste (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap:

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

For the Green Chili Sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon green chili paste

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, lime juice, green chili paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

      Cook the Chicken:

        Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

          Prepare the Green Chili Sauce:

            In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, green chili paste, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

              Assemble the Wrap:

                On each tortilla, lay down a generous handful of shredded lettuce, followed by diced tomato, cucumber slices, and avocado. Add a portion of the cooked chicken on top and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

                  Drizzle with Sauce:
