Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes (for heat)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

Prepare the cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, cumin powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Spread it out: Transfer the seasoned cauliflower onto the lined baking sheet in a single layer. This allows for even roasting and ensures the florets get crispy.

Roast the cauliflower: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Add lemon: Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss gently to coat again.

Serve: Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and, if desired, a pinch of red pepper flakes for some added heat. Enjoy your vibrant dish immediately!
