4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blanch the Green Beans: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately plunge the beans into an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.
