Ingredients

4 large ears of fresh corn, husked

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Corn: Husk the corn and remove all silk strands. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well until the garlic is evenly distributed.

Boil the Corn: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully add the ears of corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender. Remove the corn from the pot and allow it to drain.

Brush with Garlic Butter: Place the hot corn on a serving platter. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn, making sure to coat them well.

Garnish: Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the buttered corn. If desired, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor.

Serve: Serve warm with lime wedges on the side. The lime juice adds a refreshing zesty finish to the rich garlic butter flavor.
