1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, sliced bananas)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for the cream cheese layer)

A sprinkle of lemon zest (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
