1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mango), diced

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Prepare the Fruit Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mixed fresh fruits. Set aside a few pieces for garnish later.

      Make the Creamy Base: In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
