2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.

    Prepare the Cereal Layer: In a separate bowl, gently crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into smaller chunks, but not powder. You want to maintain some crunch!

      Layer the Cups: Take silicone muffin cups or small paper cups. Start by adding a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each cup. Next, add a layer of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch followed by another layer of yogurt. Repeat this process until the cups are almost full, finishing with a top layer of yogurt.
