Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup granola or chopped nuts (for coating)

Popsicle sticks

Instructions

Prep the Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half. Place the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Coat the Bananas: Dip each banana half into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered. You can use a spoon to help spread the mixture evenly.

Add the Crunch: Roll each coated banana in granola or chopped nuts for added texture and crunch. Make sure they are well-coated!

Freeze the Pops: Place the baking sheet with the coated bananas in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from the freezer. If they’re too hard to eat right away, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly. Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious frozen yogurt peanut butter banana pops!
