1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the raisins and chopped nuts (if using). Ensure that the mix is evenly distributed.

Shape the Clusters: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out small clusters (about 1-2 tablespoons each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently flatten each cluster slightly.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Serve or Store: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or zip-top bag. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for a delicious snack!
