Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 ½ cups granola (your choice, preferably with nuts and seeds)

½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts work great)

¼ cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)

A pinch of salt

Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra zing)

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Mix Yogurt and Sweetener: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir well until smooth and fully incorporated.

Add Lemon Zest: If you're using lemon zest, fold it into the yogurt mixture for a refreshing flavor kick.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread it evenly with a spatula to about ½ inch thickness.

Top with Granola and Toppings: Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt layer. Make sure to press it down slightly so it adheres as it freezes. Then add the fresh berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips (if using) evenly on top.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until fully set.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet by lifting the parchment paper. Use a sharp knife or break it by hand into pieces. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Enjoy: Serve the frozen yogurt granola bark as a healthy snack or dessert.
