Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)

Cupcake liners or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. The mixture should be creamy and thick.

Mold the Filling: Line a muffin tin or silicone molds with cupcake liners. Spoon the yogurt-peanut butter mixture into the liners, filling them about halfway. Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to smooth the top. Freeze for about 1 hour or until solid.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Coat the Bombs: Once the yogurt mixture is frozen and firm, remove it from the freezer. Dip each yogurt bomb in the melted chocolate, ensuring the whole bomb is coated. Place the coated bombs back in the muffin tin.

Freezing: After all bombs are coated, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top (if desired), and place them back in the freezer for an additional 1-2 hours to set the chocolate.

Serve & Enjoy: Once the chocolate is set, carefully remove the bombs from the liners or molds. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for a delightful treat anytime!
