Ingredients

4 cups of cubed seedless watermelon (frozen)

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven’t already, cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight. Frozen watermelon is the key to achieving a slushy texture.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen watermelon cubes, chopped kiwis, coconut water, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup if using.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If it appears too thick, add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey/agave to suit your taste. Blend again if added.

Serve Immediately: Pour the slushie into chilled glasses.

Garnish: Top with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch and additional color. Optional: Add a slice of kiwi or watermelon on the rim of the glass for decoration.

Enjoy: Serve immediately while it's frosty and fresh!
