Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) (optional)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Layer: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of sea salt. Toss gently to coat the strawberries evenly. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the remaining tablespoon of honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet (approximately 12x16 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it out into an even layer, about 1/4-inch thick, using a spatula.

Add the Strawberries: Spoon the marinated strawberries evenly over the yogurt layer. Gently press them in to ensure they stick.

Optional Toppings: If desired, sprinkle dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts over the top for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt bark is firm and completely frozen.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the yogurt bark out of the pan using the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Cut into pieces or break into shards for easy serving.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
