Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hull removed and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for added texture)

A pinch of sea salt

Dark chocolate or white chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.

Take a slice of banana and dip it into the yogurt mixture, making sure to coat it completely. Place it on the lined baking sheet.

Top each yogurt-coated banana slice with a slice of strawberry, pressing down gently to adhere.

If desired, sprinkle granola or crushed nuts on top of the strawberries for extra crunch.

Repeat this process until all banana and strawberry slices are used.

Once assembled, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours, or until the bites are fully frozen.

For an extra indulgent touch, melt the chocolate of your choice in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between until smooth.

After the bites have frozen, remove them from the freezer and drizzle with melted chocolate using a spoon or a piping bag for precision.

Return the bites to the freezer for an additional 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.

Once the chocolate is set, they’re ready to serve! Enjoy your refreshing Frozen Strawberry Banana Bites straight from the freezer.
