Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipped cream, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

      Layer the Cups:

        - Take serving cups or small bowls (about 6-8) and start by placing a heaping tablespoon of the creamy mixture at the bottom of each cup.

          Add the Berries:

            - Layer the mixed berries on top of the creamy base. If using larger strawberries, consider cutting them into smaller pieces for better distribution.

              Repeat Layers:

                - Add another layer of the creamy mixture on top of the berries and then add another layer of mixed berries. You can create as many layers as you like, but aim to finish with a layer of berries on top.

                  Freeze Until Set:

                    - Once all cups are layered, gently cover them with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.

                      Serve:

                        - Remove the cream cups from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to allow them to soften slightly. Top each cup with a sprinkle of granola for a delightful crunch and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

                          Enjoy:

                            - Dig into your refreshing Frozen Mixed Berry Cream Cups! The mix of creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and crunchy granola will leave your taste buds dancing!
