Ingredients

1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

      Prep the Cupcake Liners:

Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners. These will help easily pop out the yogurt cups once frozen.

          Fill the Liner:

Spoon the peanut butter yogurt mixture into each cupcake liner, filling them about ¾ full. Smooth the tops with a spatula if needed.

              Melt the Chocolate:

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

                  Drizzle Chocolate:

Once melted, drizzle the chocolate evenly over each yogurt cup. You can use a spoon or a piping bag for more control. If desired, sprinkle optional toppings like crushed nuts or mini chocolate chips on top of the melted chocolate for added texture and fun.

                      Freeze:

Place the filled muffin tin into the freezer. Allow the yogurt cups to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

                          Serve:

Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners. Enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
