1 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and fully integrated.

    Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet, forming small coins.

        Place a few pieces of fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries in the center of each yogurt coin, gently pressing them in.

          Once all the mixture is used, pop the baking sheet into the freezer. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt coins are completely solid.
